We want every customer to feel valued and satisfied with their purchase, so if for any reason you're not completely happy, we are here to help.

Our Policy:

Returns: We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Returns are accepted for a store credit ONLY. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. If the item was on sale, or if it is a final sale item (such as jewelry, intimate apparel, or special order items), it is non-returnable. 
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please bring it to us or mail it back within 14 days of purchase. If the item is unavailable or the exchange is not possible, we’ll offer you a store credit.
Defective Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.  We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for any defective products.
How to Return an Item:

In-Store Returns: Visit us at 206 Sth 7th St, Gatesville, Tx, with your item and receipt, and we’ll assist you in completing the return process.
Online Returns: For online purchases, please reach out to us by email at [Email Address] to request a return authorization. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.
